Jai Chavan's Dance Academy

This is an endeavour to follow the teaching system, GURUKUL, which was once upon a time very prevalent in INDIA. "Guru" is the teacher and "kul" is his domain; here the teacher imparts knowledge to the students, and the students in return pay the teacher "dakshina" or the fees. The amount and the time of the payment of "dakshina" is decided entirely by the students themselves, and mostly not demanded by the Guru. At this site, we are trying to follow this time proven system, so help us God! So site is entirely free.
The main purpose is the propagation of the art and sport form. This would be achieved by giving free lessons, sample video clips for each of the figures taught, advises and exchange of information. You are welcome to copy anything from here and use it, as you would like; however we request you not to alter its sanctity and integrity.
